  1. There was a sculpture like this in a museum we went to recently, but the wire had been covered in some sort of plaster and hessian – the effect was really creepy! Not sure if that’s the look they were going for…

    The use of wire (making them a little transparent) in the mythical figures works really well, kinda adds to their ‘are they really real?’ quality.
